Canisp plc (AIM: CN.) announces that on 27 March 2009, it was notified that on 12 March 2009, Corvus Capital Limited ('Corvus') sold 5,721,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 0.27 pence per Share. Following the above transaction, Corvus now has a total beneficial interest in 12,028,000 Shares, representing 9.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
