In accordance with Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company was informed on 20 April 2007, that Corvus Capital Inc, holds 29,375,000 ordinary shares of 1.00 pence each representing 22.40 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
